产品特点 Fuatures
1, 炉膛材料采用陶瓷纤维保温材料,具有重量轻、体积小、保温效果好、节能的特点。
2, 采用双炉门结构一个预热重烧结炉门,使用重烧结炉门时可以进行重烧实验,另一个是抗震实验炉门,用于抗热震实验。
3, 抗热震炉门上设置有水平放置的钢玉管,钢玉管上可以放置被烧结物料做热震试验时把重烧炉门打开,把抗热震炉门推入炉内。作水冷实验时,被侧物可以落入专门设置的具有循环水冷却的水箱内。
4, 中文菜单操作界面,简单易懂,无纸记录历史数据和升温曲线,10段以上可编程控制,可随时设定并储存6组工艺路线供随时调用,PIP参数优化整定功能,整完好后PCD参数可储存。 |

1, The chamber takes ceramic heating-preservation material,with the charactristics of lightweight,small volume, good heat-retaining effect and energy saving.
2, It takes double furnace door instructure,one of which is preheating and fever again furnace door. it can take fever again experiment when using it. The other furnace door is anti-vibration experimental furnace door, which is using for anti-heating vibration experiments.
3, The Anti-Vibration Experimental furnace door establishes Level laying aside just jade tube.
4, Chinese-menu operation interface, simple and easy to apply, recording historical data and rising curves paperlessly. It can be controlled programmably in over 10 segments, set and save 6 series technical curves at any time for the need of want. The PID parameter can optimize and adjust itself, and save the value newly.
