产品用途 Purpose
高温陶瓷纤维钟罩炉主要用于大专院校科研院所工矿企业等实验室进行烧结陶瓷制品、大型玻璃制品石英制品和其它产品的热处理之用。

2， 可设计方形或圆形炉膛可采用于五面加热或六面加热技术。
3， 可设计采用炉内空气微循环技术温度均匀性达±6℃
4， 可选择手动液压升降或电动液压升降技术。
5， 设计活动转轮使底座移动方便，便于装卸。
6， 中文菜单操作界面简单、易懂，无低记录历史数据和升温曲线，10段以上可编程控制，可随时设计6组工艺路线，供随时调用，PIP参数自整理功能，整理好的PIP参数可储存。
7， 可通过RS232通用接口与PC机相连接，采用SGM9900专用数据管理软件，可记录、通讯、打印历史数据和历史曲线。
8， 可设计1000℃、1200℃、1300℃、1600℃和1700℃高温钟炉，1600℃以上高温钟罩采用专利型双炉膛结构，具有高温不塌陷不掉灰的特点。
